Third Stage of OFF ROAD Training for State Emergency Service of Ukraine Rescuers Completed!
Ukrainian FireFighters Foundation, with the support of our partners at the international charitable foundation Nova Ukraine, continues to systematically strengthen the capabilities of Ukrainian rescuers through a specialized off-road driving training program.
Another 10 rescue drivers from various regions of Ukraine have completed an intensive three-day course that prepares them to operate in the most challenging conditions.
This year's weather conditions are clearly showing us no mercy, while wartime realities present rescuers with challenges that could never be found in any textbook. When human lives are at stake and every minute counts, off-road driving skills cease to be optional — they become a critically essential skill.
We don't just provide SESU rescuers and firefighters with critically needed equipment and specialized vehicles. We invest in people — developing training programs, upgrading professional skills that help save time and thus provide an additional chance to save lives.
Over three days, participants mastered extreme off-road driving techniques in 4×4 vehicles, professional work with rigging equipment, rapid decision-making algorithms in critical situations, and effective team coordination in field conditions.
Participants received certificates and sets of professional rescue rigging equipment, which will soon be deployed in real-world operations.
We sincerely thank the international charitable foundation Nova Ukraine for their continued partnership, trust, and support of the program.
