4x4 Ambulance for SESU Medics 

Ukrainian FireFighters Foundation has handed over a four-wheel-drive ambulance that will help medics of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) save lives in the most challenging conditions.

SESU medics operate in extremely difficult environments — off-road terrains, regions with damaged infrastructure, and in constant danger. They accompany rescue teams and deminers during missions and have to be ready to instantly respond to injuries and emergencies. That is why a 4x4 ambulance vehicle is critical to reach locations where standard vehicles cannot operate in order to evacuate people quickly and save lives.

This handover became possible as part of cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the EBRD Community Initiative, which supports vital humanitarian efforts in Ukraine, including projects of the Ukrainian Firefighters Foundation.
