Project reports
Our rescuers and firefighters are the first to arrive at a disaster site after missile and bomb attacks. They are the last hope for rescuing survivors who are trapped in the rubble or in a fire trap. Their faces are the first thing rescued Ukrainians see.
During the period of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the units of the dog training group were involved in emergency rescue operations The personnel of the dog training group was involved in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies in settlements, infrastructure and life support facilities in Borodyanka, Liutizh, Hostomel, Rzhyshchev, Kyiv, Lutsk, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, urban-type settlements. Desna, Okhtyrka, Antopil, Kremenchuk, Balakliya, Kherson, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhya and Uman. Thanks to the work of the group, dozens of innocent victims of Russian shelling have been saved.
Pokrovsk is a small heroic town in the Donetsk region, 50 km from the frontline, which is constantly under enemy attack. Local rescuers and firefighters work here around the clock, almost without rest.
Ukrainian soldiers continue to advance and liberate our land from the occupiers. But as always, the enemy, losing on the battlefield, is shelling our frontline cities. Every day Orikhiv, Gulyaypole and Zaporizhzhia are subjected to artillery shelling, enemy air strikes and attacks by Russian drones - residential buildings and civilian infrastructure are the most affected. Rescuers in the frontline town of Zaporizhzhia are constantly dealing with the consequences of enemy attacks and need our support.
Modern vehicles are an additional chance for Ukrainian rescuers to save lives. At the request of the rescuers of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, we are raising money to buy two minibuses for the rescuers of divers and firefighters of Kherson region
In the frontline areas, almost every time rescuers go on a mission, they risk coming under enemy fire. Apparently, the Russians are shooting at unarmed firefighters even more persistently, knowing that they will not receive an armed response from them. Body armour, helmets and armoured vehicles help save the lives of rescuers in such circumstances. Each case when an armoured vehicle we have donated takes rescuers out of the line of fire motivates us to look for opportunities to provide even more armoured vehicles.
